Texas Council of Child Welfare Boards' (TCCWB) has made resources available to support a statewide network of volunteers concerned with the welfare of children, especially those suffering from abuse and neglect.
TCCWB has also made a wide network of resources available for the public, aging out youth, local child welfare boards, regional councils and TCCWB members.

Resources in this category are available to all Local County Child Welfare Boards, Regional Councils, and TCCWB members. These materials include training information, documents, website links, and other resources designed to support the creation or re-establishment of a board and to help ensure compliance with applicable state and federal laws, rules, and regulations.
Resources in this category are available to everyone and are intended for public access. They include information on adoptions, foster care, and a general overview of DFPS, along with additional materials to support families on topics such as locating services in your area, keeping children safe online, mandatory reporting laws in Texas, Texas adoption resources, homeless education, foster care liaisons, and more.
A separate section is dedicated to Youth and Young Adult Resources, which includes information on finding services, educational opportunities such as Texas postsecondary programs, and “Keys to Your Financial Future.” This section provides multiple resources to help youth build financial literacy, including guidance on money management, banking, credit cards, credit reports, vehicle purchases, home buying, and other essential life skills.
