Region 2 Representative
Scott Neal joined the TCCWB in 2025 and represents Region 2 in North Texas. With a passion for helping kids, especially those that have experienced abuse or neglect, he is passionate about supporting the TCCWB's mission concerning the welfare of Texas' youth at the local, regional, and state levels.
He and his wife, Tara, celebrated their 20th anniversary in October of 2025 and have been blessed with 4 beautiful children. A 5th generation Texan and 2004 graduate of Tarleton State University with a degree in Economics and Spanish, Scott has worked at Air Tractor, Inc., the world's leading manufacturer of purpose-built agricultural and fire-fighting aircraft, since 2007 supporting export sales by providing financing solutions for international customers.
In his spare time, Scott enjoys spending quality time with his family, coaching his kid's sports teams, playing music, giving music lessons to those interested in learning to play an instrument, hunting, and fishing.
