Tim is the past president of the Texas Council of Child Welfare Boards and a highly experienced and skilled individual with a strong background in pastoral care and counseling. Tim has PHD degree from the University of Cambridge. Tim is married to his wife Tammy and they reside in the small East Texas town of Crockett.
